The iOS app Game Plan does not require an account. We use Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase to collect usage analytics so we can understand which features are used, how often they are used, and how engagement changes over time.
Where available and permitted by Apple and iOS privacy settings, analytics may include the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA). We use IDFA solely for usage analytics. We do not use it for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, ad attribution, or sale of personal data.
The website at wm26.coolman.casa is a static preview website. It does not use cookies, advertising trackers, website analytics tools, social media plugins, or contact forms. Like most websites, the hosting provider may process technical server log data needed to deliver the website securely.

3. Data Processing in the App
Game Plan uses Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase to collect product usage analytics. Analytics events may include app interactions, feature usage, engagement duration, app version, platform, device and operating system information, language, country or approximate region, anonymous app instance identifiers, and event parameters such as selected screens, match IDs, team IDs, favorite state, notification settings, and Live Match settings.
Where available and permitted by Apple and iOS privacy settings, analytics may include IDFA. IDFA is used solely to support usage analytics and measurement of app engagement. It is not used for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, or ad attribution.
Favorites, preferences, and app settings are otherwise handled locally on your device or in Firebase services needed to provide app features such as notifications and Live Activities.
We do not receive your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos, calendar data, payment details, or App Store account information through Firebase Analytics.
If Apple provides system services such as App Store downloads, purchases, iCloud, notifications, or Live Activities, Apple may process data under Apple's own privacy terms. We do not control Apple's processing and do not receive personal data from Apple for these purposes.
4. Firebase Analytics, Google, and BigQuery
Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase is provided by Google. Google may process analytics data as a service provider or processor for the Firebase project according to Google's Firebase and Google Cloud terms.
Analytics data may be available in Firebase, Google Analytics 4, Google Cloud, and BigQuery export for our internal, read-only analytics dashboard. We use this dashboard only to monitor aggregate app usage and product engagement.
The legal basis under the GDPR is consent where consent is required, and otherwise our legitimate interest in understanding and improving app functionality under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

When you visit this website, the hosting provider may automatically process technical server log data sent by your browser. This may include browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the server request, and IP address.
Server logs are used to deliver the website, maintain security, and diagnose technical problems. The legal basis under the GDPR is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not combine server logs with other data sources for user profiling.

This website does not use cookies. It does not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, advertising identifiers, retargeting, affiliate tracking, social media plugins, or comparable website tracking technologies.
The iOS app uses Firebase Analytics for usage analytics only. We do not use analytics data or IDFA for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, or ad attribution.
You can control IDFA access through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt and iOS privacy settings. Where analytics consent is required, analytics and IDFA access should only run after consent.
7. Contact by Email
If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message only to respond to your request and handle any follow-up questions.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request relates to a contract or pre-contractual communication, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in responding to support and legal inquiries. We delete email correspondence when it is no longer needed unless legal retention duties require longer storage.
8. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or personalized ads. This applies to users in the European Union, the United States, and other regions.
Firebase Analytics data and IDFA, where available, are used solely for internal usage analytics and product improvement. We do not maintain account-based user profiles because the app does not require an account.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal data concerning you. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
For California and other US state privacy laws, you may have rights to know, access, delete, correct, and opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal data and do not use targeted advertising.

10. Children
Game Plan is a general audience sports companion app. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us by email, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the website and any support communications we receive. No internet transmission or email communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the app, website, or legal requirements change. The current version is always published on this page.
